Please choose your order carefully. Due to hygiene reasons and because each product is handmade to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any wedding dresses, bridesmaids, headpiece, headband, comb, hair pin, tiara or jewellery.
Merchandise, We offer exchanges on merchandise for free in the UK. Simply complete the returns form and indicate the new colour/size you'd like and we'll get your replacement sent to you once we’ve received and processed your return.
Please ensure you read the product details properly, noting the dimensions (which can vary by 1cm) and colours. Please note that colours may vary between computer screens. We will ensure that all items listed are described as accurately as possible.

Refunds & Exchanges (if applicable)
If your purchased item arrives damaged or with any quality issues at all, please contact us at [email protected] with 3 days of receiving the product with photographs that clearly show the concern.
Please note, due to the majority of items being handmade there will be a slight variation between the images online and the piece you receive, this is the beauty of a handmade design. Our items do not have a ‘machine’ finish, they are made with love and designed to be slightly unique to each buyer, especially any hand wired piece.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. In most cases we offer a store credit, however for any noticeable fault we will offer a refund. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Return credits are processed from us within 7 business days or sooner. We are not responsible for bank processing times.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To return your product, please email [email protected] to organise a shipping address. The Bridal Emporium, 4/5 Grand Arcade, Vicar Lane, Leeds, LS1 6PG.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we are able to observe the fault we will email you to discuss the refund/exchange options.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All the made to order items please review making time, as this will affect your shipping.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up.
DELIVERY OF GOODS TO YOU
6.1). We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order.
Ready to ship pieces will posted within 2-3 business days of your order placement. All orders under £100 in the UK will be delivered by Royal mail 1st class delivery. All orders over £100 will be delivered by DPD Local and is free.

Bespoke pieces can take up to 8-10 weeks to be made. Once each piece is crafted The Bridal Emporium will be in touch to with the customer to advise the shipping date.
Rest Of The World Orders
All items are posted within 2-3 business days, with a standard delivery charge of £9.95 up to £100, value of product over £100 is £25.
The Bridal Emporium will advise customers when goods have been dispatched. Any unforeseen delays will be notified to the customer.
6.2). Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and in any event within 30 days of your order.
6.3). All UK orders over the value of £100 will be sent by DPD Local with. All UK orders under the value of £100 will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class Delivery.
6.4). All international orders will be sent via Royal Mail’s International signed and/or tracked services with insurance cover for loss or damage up to the value of £500 or such other figure as specified under the contract with Royal Mail.
6.5). Please note that all items will require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable to sign for your parcel it will be held at your local sorting office for collection. Royal Mail advise that Special Delivery items will be held for 3 weeks, however as this time frame may change from time to time, it is your obligation to check the Royal Mail’s current rules prior to ordering. After this time the parcel will be returned to The Bridal Emporium and you will be responsible for any repeat delivery costs.
6.6). You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered only when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk. You will remain liable for the loss or destruction of the goods until such time as they are returned to us.
6.7). We cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays once the goods are in possession of the Royal Mail.
