Postage & Packaging
All of my U.K. orders ship for FREE with 1st Class Signed For postage with Royal Mail. These usually arrive 1-3 days once your order has been dispatched. Guaranteed Next Day Delivery is available with Royal Mail's Special Delivery, for £7.50. All orders are packaged beautifully, with tissue paper, twine and your choice of an organza bag or jewellery box and ribbon.
Returns
I accept returns and exchanges: contact me within 14 days of delivery and send items back within: 30 days of delivery. Cancellations may be accepted if your item has not already shipped.
Because of the nature of custom or personalised orders, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for these orders.
For hygiene reasons, my earrings are packaged in sealed packaging. These are returnable should the packaging remain sealed.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs (unless the product is faulty). If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Postage
Parcels are sent 1st Class Signed For with Royal Mail. These can be expected to arrive in 1-3 business days. Larger orders will automatically be upgraded to Royal Mail's Special Delivery so your order is insured. You may upgrade your shipping to Guaranteed Next Day by 1pm delivery by contacting me at [email protected] to pay the additional charge.
