Maria is one of our more extravagant veils and definitely a show stopper.
This veil is Cathedral length with a blusher that you can wear either over your face or pulled back for extra gather over the comb. This veil is also available as a Waltz & Chapel length if preferred and in single or double width tulle.Â
Maria is edged with corded lace that is hand cut to mirror the curved hem perfectly. The lace stops around the fingertips and has matching lace motifs dotted around the blusher with a few pearls and sparkles for the finishing touch.Â
This veil truly adds the 'wow factor' to any wedding look and as the lace is unbeaded, it is lighter than most cathedral length veils.

- Cathedral length (3m) with blusher (75cm), standard width (150cm) at its widest point
- The veil pictured is handmade with ivory tulle and edged with ivory corded lace (30cm wide at widest point)
- Hand sewn onto a strong, plastic comb wrapped in ivory ribbon, 11cm wide
- Available in Ivory or Light Ivory tulle colours - Contact us if you require colour match samples.Â
- Available in Waltz (150cm), Chapel (230cm) or Cathedral (3m) lengths
- Available in single width (150cm) or double width tulle (300cm) wide tulle. The double width tulle option is highly recommended for dresses with fuller skirts & wide trains if you want the veil to sit along the edge of your dresses train. If you need advice, please do not hesitate to get in touch.Â
Handmade in our boutique in Shropshire, every veil is designed and crafted with love and care especially for you. This means that delivery will usually be 1 month from your order date, so please do let us know if you need your veil sooner than this.Â
Your veil will be packaged in a presentation box wrapped in acid-free tissue paper.
Please note that because every veil is made specifically for our brides they are not returnable.Â

Maria is named after Maria Mitchell, the first professional American female astronomer who discovered 'Miss Mitchells Comet' in 1847. Maria Mitchell went on to become professor of Astronomy at Vassar College in New York.Â
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

STANDARD MADE TO ORDER BRIDAL
As your wedding dress or veil is made especially for you to your dress size range and height, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless in the event of a genuine manufacturing fault. All items undergo high-grade professional quality control to ensure fabrics and manufacturing are of the highest standard. We highly recommend you try your dress on as soon as you receive it. In the unlikely circumstance your dress does not fit you, you must contact [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. If you have lost or gained weight, we recommend contacting the My little Wedding Shop team for guidance and advice to provide to your preferred local tailor. If for any reason there is a manufacturing fault, postage will be covered by My little Wedding Shop. You will need to provide updated measurements and images for our production team before the dress is returned. Any dresses being returned to MLWS must be returned in the original packaging. If you wish to cancel your order before locking-in your measurements, the cancellation fee will be applicable. The cancellation fee of £200 covers the cost of administration, lace allocation, pre-production and pattern preparation associated with your order. Once your measurements are locked-in, you will be unable to cancel you order as the gown will have gone immediately into production.

PRIORITY MADE TO ORDER BRIDAL
As your wedding date is sooner than the standard timeframe it takes to produce a Made to Order gown, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on Priority Made to Order wedding dresses or veils. We do not take responsibility for any adjustments or alterations needed to be made on your gown (unless it is a genuine manufacturing fault). Once your measurements have been provided, you will be unable to cancel you order as the gown will have gone immediately into production. You will not be subject to any refund.

ALTERATIONS
If you have any concerns upon receiving your gown, please contact My little Wedding Shop directly within 7 days of receiving your gown and our team will assess your unique situation. Unfortunately, if your measurements change from those provided at your order date, you will be liable for any alteration fees incurred. If you decide to go to a third party seamstress for any alterations to your gown, you will be liable for these costs. We are more than happy to offer advice if you choose to consult a third-party seamstress.
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, please contact MLWS. Upon assessment from our team, if a manufacturing fault is found, all costs will be paid by MLWS including shipping. If you decide not to send your dress back to MLWS for any reason, MLWS will no longer be liable.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
For our UK brides your dress will be send using a courier service and will be tracked which usually takes between 1-3 business days to arrive. The My little Wedding Shop team will send you your tracking information so you can track your precious package.
Your wedding dress and / or veil will be carefully boxed and wrapped in protective, acid-free tissue paper. Your dress will also come with its own dress hanger and breathable dress bag for long-term storage. My little Wedding Shop recommends that you remove your dress / veil from it’s packaging immediately and transfer it to the dress hanger provided. Our plastic packaging is eco-friendly and bio-degradable.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED KINGDOM)
We offer worldwide delivery. All international orders are sent via UPS Express which takes between 3-7 business days to arrive. The My little Wedding Shop team will send you your tracking information so you can track your precious package.
