Size might slightly vary from one another as bag are all cut and sewn by hand by myself.

CARE: machine washable 30 degrees. Fabric is preshrunk so no variation on size should occur after washing. Painting is durable and not fading after washing.

PERSONALISATION

✨Names are hand painted (not cheap vinyls or sublimation print) with stamp technique style an artisanal feel. The "heart" counts as a word.
LETTERING IS ONLY AVAILABLE IN UPPER CASES AND THE LETTER "&" IS NOT POSSIBLE ON THIS TYPEFACE - IT WILL BE SUBSTITUTE WITH THE ICON OF THE HEART.

✨ Placement  can only be as image.

BUYING QUANTITIES
I can make a maximum of 30 pieces per order.
Please note each bag gets individually made by myself. I don’t buy them ready made and then personalise. Each one is crafted individually.

Therefore the discount on quantities is minimum. Do get in touch through my website for a custom price if you need to order 30+ pieces.

No suitable for company logos as in this case bags would need to be screen printed and I don’t have printing facilities of this kind.

DISPATCH TIME

Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be ready to be made and sent.

DELIVERY 
All UK deliveries are sent First Class signed for mail. Normally takes 2 to 5 days.
If you need a fully trackable day after delivery, please upgrade to Special delivery at checkout.

All International deliveries are sent Tracked and Signed. Normally takes 5 to 21 days depending on where you are.

RETURNS AND REFUND

- Not accepted on personalised items.

- Not accepted for change of mind

- If you're buying in quantities, please make sure you order a sample to see quality.

- Returns accepted on plain bags only if there's something wrong with the item.
You will be refunded the item cost but not delivery cost. Return cost is at your own expenses.
