This is the perfect hat to take away with you on your honeymoon or hen party.

This hat is available in a choice of Natural with a black band or Black with a black band. We can add a cute ribbon in the colour of your choice for no extra cost.

Your text will come in the colour of your choice. We have plain colour and premium glitter colours available and the glitters will look amazing in the sunshine!

Just let us know what colours you would like in the notes section.

Our hats are made from 100% Paper straw and has a 100% Polyester sweatband with a domed crown and wide-brimmed design.

I would like to make a change to my order

If you would like to amend your order please send us an email at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order. Please include your order number and the change(s) in which you would like to make.

I have changed my mind and would like to cancel my order

Typically, we do not take cancellations as all of our items are personalised and made to order. If you get in touch with us as soon as you can by emailing us at [email protected] then we can see if your order has started the design process. If we haven't started then we will of course cancel your order and issue you with a full refund. However if the process has started then we will not be able to cancel the order.

 

What if I no longer require the order or need an exchange?

If the order has been damaged in any way then please get in contact within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will replace the products if they have been damaged. However, due to the nature of personalised products, exchanges and refunds are not available unless it is a fault on our part.

Non personalised items may be returned to us within 14 days at the buyers cost. You will also be liable for the shipping fee of the new item to be sent if exchanging. Returns will not have the original postage cost refunded.

 

What if my order is damaged or missing?

We work very closely with our packaging suppliers and couriers to ensure that all parcels are received safely. However, on the very rare occasion may be damaged or missing, we are more than happy to provide a replacement for you once we receive photographic evidence of damaged products or confirmation from couriers of missing items. Any issues with your order must be communicated to us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at [email protected]

How long will my order take to ship?

Our items are dispatched in 28 working days from the date of order.  Please note this does not include weekends and public holidays. Each order is processed as quickly as possible but sometimes as most of our items are personalised there may be a delay if we need to wait for an item to arrive but we will always notify you if we think your items may take longer to despatch. Please take this into account when ordering at peak times.

You will receive an email once your parcel is on its way to you.

We cannot be held responsible for any courier shipping delays.

 

What if I am not home when they try to deliver my parcel?

If delivery of your order has been attempted unsuccessfully the package should be held at a local post office or collection centre. If the package is not collected within a set time stated on the calling card, the package/s will either be returned to us or disposed of. We are happy to resend packages which have been returned to us, however we ask the customer to pay the additional postage incurred in resending the package and we cannot be held responsible for the item being returned to us

Items returned due to failed delivery attempts will be disposed of after 7 working days.

For international orders, we will provide you with the tracking number for your parcel. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check the tracking information and inform us if the parcel does not arrive within the expected time frame. This is usually 1-2 weeks for international orders.

Refunds will not be given in the event a package is returned to us

 

I have accidentally used my old address on my order?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any mistakes made during the order process. Please send us an email at [email protected] as soon as possible if you notice a mistake to see if we can catch your order and fix any shipping info in time.

 

Packaging

We try to look after the environment where we can and to help with this we try to use reclaimed and recycled materials as much as possible, especially for large orders and packaged items. Therefore, your packaging may not look as clean as a new parcel box, but it helps us to keep costs for us and our customers to a minimum whilst helping to protect the Environment.

We use reclaimed paper and bubble wrap and shredded paper for packing our parcels where needed.

We would also recommend that customers re-use packaging where possible to further help protecting our Environment.
