Something that I always say is that “you can’t put a price on a good photo” so finding the right wedding photographer is less to do with the price and more to do with who can capture those special moments the best.
I always see couples over on our Facebook group asking for recommendations for the best wedding photographer for their big day. This led me to create a blog that brings together some of the best wedding photographers that are showing off their skills here in the UK so it is easier for couples to find their photographe without having to spend too much time scrolling through social media and Google.

With regards to my approach and style of wedding photography, well..... in terms of style, I'd say that I offer a blend of classical and contemporary. Classical in the sense that there are certain photographs that I take from a shortlist - usual groups of bride & groom with family etc. Contemporary from the fact that I like to create a number of magazine worthy images of the bride and groom which are often posed and styled and sometimes take a little more time to create. Throw in a little documentary style too - candid shots of the day - the laughter, the tears and generally just some non posed pictures of people enjoying themselves and that's how I shoot.
My approach has always been to try to inject a little fun on the day and take the stress away - the nerves that the bride especially may be feeling. I like to have a laugh and a joke with the bride and groom, especially after I've asked them to smile for the 1000th time on the day.

David Solarin Photography
My style is unobtrusive during weddings and parties. I like a fly on the wall approach to capture events as they naturally unfold. This means I get everything from the bride's beautiful laughter to a slightly drunken uncle falling up the steps! In years to come when the couple are looking back at their wedding album, it helps the memories come flooding back.
That being said, some staged events still have their place. I enjoy sparkler exits at the end of the night as they are fun for guests and are also an exciting way to end the photo album.
