Application safety: We recommend you wear your boob tape with nipple covers. Prior to application, ensure your skin is clean and dry with no oil, lotions, or perfume residue for the best application. Do not apply over broken, damaged, or sun-burned skin.
Removal safety: For the easiest removal process we recommend using an oil or moisturiser to loosen the boob tape after use.
Items are only classified as faulty if they arrive damaged. As colour varies from monitor to monitor slight colour variations are not considered a fault in the product.
If there is any damage to your item(s) upon delivery, we will require photographs of any damage so that we can process your replacement item(s) or refund and file a claim with the postal or courier service.
If you are returning any item(s), you must contact us prior to sending the item(s) so that we are aware of their return. All items must be returned in their original packaging. Please keep your proof of return postage until we have confirmed by email that all of your returned items have been processed.
Please note that we do recommend items be returned via a trackable service which includes sufficient compensation for lost/damages during transit, you are responsible for items until they are successfully returned to us. Once we have confirmed receipt of the item(s) and we are happy with the condition we will process your exchange or issue a refund or credit note. This can take up to 7 working days.
If any item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may send it back to you so please ensure that it is packaged securely.
