Mystic Boho Photoshoot

We are excited to share this mysterious, tranquil, luxury photo shoot with you. Where The Bridal Emporium joined with a selection of amazing suppliers to create this magical boho dream. We hope we can inspire and excite you with the styling, accessories, location and photography. Which we believe go together in harmony. The Deighton Lodge was the perfect location, see their converted rustic barn with original pitched roofs, distinctive spoked beams, bare brick walls and traditional stable doors. “Rustic minimalism meets Boho glam with this innovative and complimentary design spectacular.”

Firstly lets take a look at the outfits, these beautiful dresses are by the Watters WToo range, take a look at Heaton, Lenora, and Cambria, each beautiful and boho. True vintage has also been added over the top of the dress Heaton to create a vintage two piece, that changes the dress to suit you and your venue which can be added or removed throughout the day. The dresses have also been complimented with amazing little jackets by Born To Thread. To add something a little different and special these custom made jackets are perfect, and wear them after the wedding too. Lets also look at the accessories each fine and elegant, our favourite mystic accessory being the one tier lace edge veil, by the Bridal Emporium.

The amazing cake was made by Sweet Sugar Sixpence who’s goal is to create modern, quirky, unforgettable wedding cakes. Each individual to the theme and the couple. Just like the black and gold gypsy style cake that fits with the mystic boho brief given.

The stationary was provided by the extremely talented Suzanne Oddy Design the little details are just incredible notice the deer on the candles, and the coloured ribbon flowing through out the different items. Each item dark, mysterious and rustic. A crucial element to complete the shoot. Suzanne Oddy’s rustic wood hire items are crafted from scratch using aged, recycled materials to create items with genuine history and character that cannot be bought or replicated. Combined with laser cut wood designs and event day stationery an eclectic mix is created that can be tailored completely to your style.

The photography is another essential factor to complete the theme of the shoot, with the camera, editing and effects working together to emphasize the mystic, dull, calm atmosphere. Adding to the mystery as well. The photography was done by Mr & Mrs {boutique wedding photography}  who are artistic, creative wedding photography but with a friendly, laid back, natural approach that lets you enjoy your day.

Hair & Makeup was done by Catherine Elizabeth Hair & Makeup Artistry, the make up and hair was kept simple with a signature dark lip that honored the gloomy, mystic boho feel. The hair being down and loose with a slight curl looks beautiful with the dresses and tranquil atmosphere. Also this shoot would not have been as complete if it wasn’t for the stylists Redamancy & Ellie Kime who have all the experience needed to create the most amazing wedding.
